高职电子专业人才培养现状及对策研究

随着电子信息产业的飞速发展,对专业人才的需求越来越迫切,目前企业在人才的数量和结构上都存在一定的问题。高职院校肩负着面向行业一线培养高素质技能型人才的重任,为有效解决专业培养中存在的突出问题,文章从培养目标、德育和养成教育、课程建设及产学合作等方面提出对策。

Study on Higher Vocational Electronic Professional Education and Strategy

With the rapid development of electronic information industry,the demand for professionals is more and more urgent,at present,there are some problems with staff in number and structure.Higher vocational and technical colleges take charge of the responsibility teaching high quality skilled professionals for industry,in order to solve some outstanding problems in education,this paper gives strategies on teaching objective,moral and develop education,course instruction and industry cooperation.
