摘    要:颗粒增强铜基复合材料有着优良的综合性能,成为了近期研究开发的热点。本文论述了颗粒增强铜基复合材料的制备方法,增强相的选择及强化方法,展望了铜基复合材料的发展趋势。

Abstract:Particle reinforced copper matrix composites have excellent comprehensive properties,and recently become a hot spot of research and development.This paper discussed the preparation method of particle reinforced copper matrix composites,the selection of reinforced phase and strengthening method,prospected the development trend of copper matrix composites.
