当前大学生就业问题的研究

当前高校毕业生人数总量依然较大,结构性就业问题突出,大学生的就业期望薪酬明显增加,报考公务员和村官踊跃。就业中存在宏观形势不确定,高校学科专业的设置与市场衔接有待加强,学生的综合能力需要提高,就业观念、就业心态应该调整,国家的就业政策需要进一步完善。
