| 摘 要： | 高校"思政课"是高校思想理论教育的主要渠道和主要阵地,是每个大学生的必修课程,"思政课"教学在提高高校学生的思想政治教育中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。而直接对高校思政课教师就起着关键的桥梁作用。因此有必要分析下高校思政课教师应具备的基本素养。
