| 摘 要： | 本文研究我国国际陆港内在形成机理与系统平台构建,分析了国际陆港是由外部推动、内部驱动、政府引导、市场运作的内部机理综合作用而形成;研究了国际陆港运输平台、对外联通平台、保税功能平台、业务操作平台、管理运营平台以及信息系统等六大系统平台的构建。
