| 摘 要： | 我国农村教师全员培训工作在各级教育行政部门的领导下,在各级培训院校的共同努力下,形成了培训形式的多样化;培训内容的多元化;培训管理的制度化。但是在培训时间、内容、方式、师资力量方面还存在着不可忽视的问题,为了增强农村教师全员培训工作的实效性,从培训的内容和目标要求;培训方法;培训管理;培训制度;培训评价方面进行改革,使农村教师培训工作能适应基础教育发展的需求。

| Abstract: | Under the guide of education department and cooperation of training school,China's rural teacher training is carried out smoothly.Its form is diversified,content pluralistic,management institutional.However,there are many problems existing in training time,content,form,and teaching faculty.For enhancing the effectiveness,the reform is carried out in term of content,objective,method,management,mechanism,and evaluation method,for making it meet the requirement of development of basic education. |
