| 摘 要： | 乡村道路条数多、里程长、涉及面广、投资少、配套不完善、基础设施差,乡村道路与人民群众的利益息息相关、密不可分。特别是在党中央、国务院提出建设社会主义新农村的宏伟目标后,各级党委、政府高度重视乡村道路的硬化工作。
