| 摘 要： | 电费回收工作是供电企业经营成果的最终体现,是企业正常经营和可持续发展的必要条件。由于电力生产和销售上的特殊性,电能作为一种特殊商品,还没有被消费者所广泛接受,往往因为用户主观或客观原因形成拖欠电费,为供电企业的电费回收工作增加了困难,给供电企业带来沉重的经济负担,进而影响供电企业的建设和发展。
