企业虚拟化中的人力资源管理研究

随着信息和网络技术的发展,企业的虚拟化日益普遍。虚拟化后的企业人力资源管理问题也开始突现。本文从企业虚拟化的特点分析入手,对当前企业人力资源存在的问题进行了分析,文章认为当前企业虚拟化后社会观念上认识不够是问题的核心所在,提出要解决当前企业虚拟化后人力资源管理更新观念,运用新的技术手段加强对业虚拟化后的人力资源的管理,提高企业管理效率。
