瑜珈对更年期女性睡眠质量影响的调查研究

摘    要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法,通过对参加瑜伽锻炼的62名更年期女性进行调查分析。结果显示:①参加瑜伽锻炼后的更年期女性匹兹堡睡眠质量指数与运动前相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);②影响更年期妇女睡眠质量的主要因素是心理、生理特点。由此表明:瑜伽锻炼能起到改善和提高更年期女性睡眠质量,进而对其心理健康起到积极的作用。

Abstract:Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the quality of sleeping of 62 menopause women before and after yoga exercise was investigated. The result showed: (~)the PSQI of menopause women after yoga exercise had significantly changed comparing with before exercise(P〈0.01).(~)The main factor which influences the menopause women's quality of sleeping is psychological and physiological characteristics. It suggested that yoga exercise could effectively change and improve the sleeping quality, and had positive effect on their mental health.
