| Abstract: | The paper combined with the construction management experience of pile foundation projects to manage the cost during the project presses.Based on the discussion of beforehand control,mid-event control and post control,it put forward the method of improving the level of management,controlling the last cost and achieving the predetermined cost,as far as possible to reduce the total cost. |
