高职学生素质教育的途径和对策

素质教育是当前教育界和社会各界普遍关注的热点问题,对刚刚起步的高等职业学校来说,实施素质教育的任务十分艰巨。从事高职教育的工作者必须从高职学生的实际素质出发,寻找最佳的素质教育的途径和方法。要强化素质教育队伍,把素质教育渗透于学科教学、社会活动、校园文化生活和学生“三自”管理之中,充分发挥全体教职工的积极性,多途径多方法地培养和提高学生素质。

On the Means of Quality Education of Vocational College Students

Quality education is a central issue in the field of education and many other social circles.It is a hard task for the new vocational colleges to caryy out quality education to their students.Therefore all the educational workers engaged in the higher vocational educational should try to find the most appropri- ate means of implementing quality education according to the realities of the vocational college stu- dents.Quality education must be put into the course learning,social activity,campus culture and life,stu- dents' self-management.The initiative of all the teaching staff must be brought into full play to improve their students' qualities in every possible means.
