Researches on the Policy Mechanism of China's Regional Export Promotion Based on the Harmonious Development

After three years of China's entry into WTO, this paper analyses deeply the targets and frameworks of China's export-promoted policy mechanism and its machines, investigates the reality of China's regional promoted-policy for export and concludes that China's regional policy for export promotion should be harmoniously innovated in accordance with the demands of the continual development of China's regional economy and society under the restrictions of changing factors of demands of market, allocation of resources, protection of environment, social accountability, WTO rules and prospected targets.
