拓展中部地区农村消费信贷的实证分析——以湖南省为例

实证分析农村信贷与农民收入增长之间的相关性，认为中部地区农村信贷余额的增加对农民收入增长的作用比较明显。通过剖析湖南农村消费信贷存在的问题，揭示制约农村消费信贷发展的障碍，提出应采取诸如提升农民消费信贷的有效需求、加强金融机构消费信贷的有效供给、完善农村消费信贷的社会环境等措施，以拓展中部地区农村消费信贷工作。

An Empirical Analysis on Expansion of Consumer Credit in the Rural Central Region of China

An empirical analysis is made on the correlation between rural credit and income growth of the farmers, holding that the growth of the balances of rural credit in the central regions plays a more evident role in the income growth of farmers. Through analysis of consumer credit in rural Hunan problems, obstacles binding the development of consumer credit in rural areas are revealed, such measures are proposed as enhancing effective demands of farm- ers for consumer credit, strengthening effective supply of consumer credit bv financial institutions, improving the social environment for rural consumer credit, so as to expand consumer credit work in rural areas in central region.
