| 摘 要： | 基于长三角地区1996-2008年高技术产业发展的相关数据,使用新产品销售收入占总销售收入的比例作为创新绩效的替代指标,实证结果表明,内生创新努力、出口和技术引进对创新绩效存在正向推动作用。同时,地区之间的竞争、合作对创新绩效影响的研究表明:一方面,地区、企业之间的合作所产生的本土技术溢出效应能有效提升高技术产业的创新绩效;另一方面,相对均衡的地区间产业格局所产生的竞争因素也是影响高技术产业创新绩效的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of the development of high-tech industries in Yangtze River Delta(Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai) from year 1996 to year 2008,and considering the ratio of new products’ sales income and all products’ sales income as the proxy of innovation performance,the results show that endogenous-innovation effect,export,and the introduction of technology have positive impact on innovation performance.Meanwhile,the results also indicate that,first,cooperation can enhance the innovation performance effectively by indigenous technology spillover;second,competition in the areas with balanced distributing industries is also crucial to promoting innovation performance. |
