| 摘 要： | 数字环境下高校图书馆参考咨询馆员应该是具备全方位技能、掌握广博知识的复合型人才。然而,从我国高校图书馆目前所配备的人力资源情况来看,参考咨询馆员的素质很难在短期内得到全面提升。必须采取有效措施,打造一支满足读者需求的参考咨询馆员队伍。

| Abstract: | Under the digital environment, the reference librarians should be compound talents with comprehensive skills and extensive knowledge. However, it＇ s difficult to fully enhance their quality in short time due to the librar- ies＇ present human resources allocation around our country. This article discusses how to construct a group of refer- ence librarians to meet the readers＇ demand, and furthermore puts forward corresponding suggestions. |
