摘    要:通过问卷调查,了解了中小企业员工职业生涯管理的实际状况,同时对员工的职业发展管理现状做了深入的分析,并提出一些合理的建议,即加强对员工职业生涯的规划管理;建立公平、合理的报酬激励体系;完善企业员工的培训制度,从而为中小企业员工职业生涯管理的完善提供一定的理论依据。
