可持续都市住区环境诊断模式之研究

为使都市可持续发展与成长,都市住区的再生需要透过环境诊断机制,发掘住区环境症结、病状与问题,并寻求解决之道,以作为住区活化再生之基础.住区环境诊断之目的在于协助研拟都市住区环境规划、再发展之策略,以达都市永续发展之境界.论文回顾可持续都市住区及环境诊断之文献,提出住区环境诊断履历的想法,并以"望、闻、问、切"四诊为方法,及"安全、健康、便利、效率、舒适、宁适、生态、环保"等八纲为辩证纲领.探讨可持续都市住区环境诊断项目与方法,提出住区环境诊断履历的机制.研究成果除能提供专业者进行都市住区环境评量时之参考外,亦可成为居民对住区环境健康状态评价或政府部门进行环境整备前之参考.研究贡献主要在于建构以世界卫生组织(WHO)健康住居环境理念为基础且响应可持续理念的都市住区环境诊断模式,使都市住区环境品质的诊断能更契合时势的需要,藉此为都市住区寻求可持续发展策略走向.
