| 摘 要： | 为了适应WTO规则要求,我国对进入的外资金融机构放宽并取消了地域限制,提高了市场准入标准,优化了资本运作的结构比率.完善对外金融机构的法律体系,应扩大适用主体范围,明确许可证制度、法人资格、申请条件等;同时制定与国际接轨的监管标准与方式.

Ponderations on the Perfection of Management of Financial Agency for Foreign Capital |

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of WTO regulations, we broaden and cancel regional restriction, improve the standard for allowance to market and optimize the struture rate of capital operation for financial agencies of foreign capital. We should enlarge the range of its application to better the law system for financial agency of foreign capital and in the meanwhile draw up the supervision criteria and mode for the introduction to international market. |
