中州铝厂拜尔法赤泥碱物质分析

摘    要:
通过实验测得河南省焦作中州铝厂拜耳法新赤泥碱物质成分主要为可溶性碱土金属盐类,分析其主要成分为NaNO3、Mg(OH)2、Ca3Al2(SiO4)3、KAlSiO4.矿物成分为钠硝石、水镁石、钙铝榴石、钾长石等.浸泡试验对于拜耳法新赤泥中碱物质的去除效果明显.

Abstract:
This paper obtained that the main composition of the alkaline substances of bayer new red mud in Zhongzhou Aluminum Plant is soluble alkaline-earth metal salts by experimental measurement,in which the major alkaline components are NaNO3,Mg(OH)2,Ca3Al2(SiO4)3 and KAlSiO4,and the main mineral components are Nitratite,Brucite,Grossular,K-feldspar,etc.It also discovered that the removal rate of alkaline substances in bayer new red mud is obvious by use of immersion test.
