In the environment of highly competitive market,innovation is the key to keeping competitive advantage and sustainable development.The enterprises recognize the significance of innovation in fierce competition.More and more enterprises recognize that the resources and capacity of a single enterprise are insufficient to meet the requirements of innovation.The enterprises need integrate internal and external resources to gain a competitive advantage and increase their ability to innovate through multiple cooperation and relational network.Therefore,from the perspective of social capital to research enterprise innovation,the paper analyzes the factors that constrains innovation and makes corresponding solutions.
