国外反生产行为的理论模型与影响因素述评

摘    要:反生产行为(Counterproductive Work Behavior,简称CWB)是指员工在工作中故意危害组织或其利益相关者合法利益的所有消极行为。文章综合国外大量文献,对员工反生产行为的概念、结构进行了详细的归类介绍,系统梳理了反生产行为的理论模型和影响因素,指出了目前研究中存在的问题及未来的研究方向。

Abstract:Counter-productive Work behavoir refer to the negative activities where the staff put in danger the legitimate rights and interests of the organization or of other the stake holders on purpose. Referring to many documents in and out of China, the article gives catalogued introduction to its concept and structure, straightens out the theoretical model and impacts, points out the existing challenges and future directions.
