青藏高原农牧区社会保障制度现状、问题与发展

On Current Situation And Its Development of Social Security in Tibetan Plateau Farm And Pastoral Areas

In recent years,it is a difficult problems to establish a perfect social security system in rural areas,but it is one most important problems on social security in Tibetan plateau farm and pastoral areas.Although Tibetan plateau farm and pastoral areas social security has had being developed,it has still been existing problems.So it is Required that discuss and analysis on the problem by all kinds of ways,and think the factor and resolve a countermeasure.This paper aims at setting off from tibetan plateau farm and pastoral areas social security real status and existing the problem,probing into the factor affecting the restraint that the person develops,and then submitting the suggestion on how to establish Tibetan plateau farm and pastoral areas social security.
