| 摘 要： | 经济增长与环境污染之间的关系常用环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)来描述,陶在朴(奥地利,2003)依据EKC提出了“可持续发展隧道”的概念。本文选取河北省1986～2004年时间序列数据,建立经济发展水平与工业“三废”排放情况的计量模型,对经济发展与环境保护之间的关系进行实证研究。对确定河北省可持续发展隧道的位置,及穿越隧道提供了一些参考。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the economic growth and the environment pollution is often described by the environmental Kuznets curve(EKC),Zaipu Tao(Austria,2003)put forward the concept of "sustainable development tunnel" according to EKC.This paper selects the time series data of Hebei Province from 1986-2004,establishes the econometric model between the economic development and the emission of industrial "three waste",and makes an empirical research of them.It offers some references for Hebei how to confirm the location of sustainable development tunnel and how to go through it. |
