| 摘 要： | 电子商务是人类利用现代信息技术的一种新的商务模式,它不但是一种新型的市场商务运作模式,同时还将影响到企业内部组织结构和管理模式.通过与传统ERP的比较分析,提出了ERP发展的方向：协同ERP.最后提出了电子商务时代企业信息系统的管理技术模型和软件技术构架.

| Abstract: | E-Commerce is one kind of new commercial patterns owing to humanity using the modern information technology; it not only is one kind of new marketing operation patterns, meanwhile it will affluence the structure of organization and the management pattern of enterprises. Therefore, through analysis on comparing with the traditional ERP, this paper proposes the ERP development direction: Cooperative ERP. It also develops a model of management information system and the software technology skeleton. |
