我国缺陷产品召回信息管理平台建设探讨

在我国，缺陷产品安全问题已经引起政府和民众的高度重视，完善缺陷产品召回制度的呼声与日俱增。产品缺陷信息的收集分析工作，既是产品召回监管工作的起点，也是决定产品召回监管_T作有效性的重要前提。文章在借鉴了发达国家的产品缺陷信息共享制度经验的基础上，结合我国产品质量监管现状，对就如何在我国建立覆盖面广、功能齐备的缺陷产品管理信息平台进行了探讨。

Discussion on the Construction of Chinese Defective Products Recall Information Management Platform

In our country, the defective product safety issues have drawn attention to the public and the government, perfect the defective product recall system is growing. The collection and analysis of defective products recall information is not only the starting point of defective products supervision but also the important precondition to determine the effectiveness of defective products recall supervision. Drawing on information sharing system of developed countries and combining with the status quo of Chinese product quality supervi- sion, the article discusses how to build a wide coverage and featured defective product management informa- tion platform in China.
