推进我国国际标准化工作之系统思考

实质性参与国际标准化活动是我国标准化工作走出国门与世界接轨的重要形式。文章在分析我国国际标准化工作现状的基础上，基于系统论的思想提出了以过程为主线的国际标准研制推进方法，并从宏观管理的角度给出了相关政策建议，为更好地推进我国国际标准化工作提供了科学的方法指导。

Systematic Thinking of China International Standardization

Substantial participation in international standardization activities is an important form of China standardization joining the world. This paper analyzes the present situation of China＇s international standardization, then puts forward the process-based international standard development method in the idea of System Theory, and gives the corresponding policy recommendations from the macro view of management, providing the scientific method guidance to promote China international standardization much better.
