| 摘 要： | 产业转型是经济发展过程中的一个永恒主题,而实现企业成功转型的一个必要条件就是准确识别转型阻力状态,为此以企业产业转型阻力为研究对象,分析了影响转型阻力的主要因素,提出了产业转型企业转型阻力评价指标体系,构建了改造的模糊综合评判模型,并结合企业转型实例验证了方法的可行性和实用性。

| Abstract: | Industry conversion is regarded as an inevitable subject to be appropriately dealt with in the course of economic growth, in which it is vital to indentify the state of industries being conversed. By taking conversion resistance for example, the paper analyzes the major factors affecting conversion resistance and presents the evaluation index system. It aims at building the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, which proves viable and effective in practive. |
