| 摘 要： | 区域可持续发展,是指不受行政区划限制的地域在较长一段时期内,经济和社会与人口、资源、生态环境之间保持和谐、高效、优化、有序的发展。江苏实现“两个率先”,要瞄准“加快沿江沿海开发”,目标锁定在“实现‘长三角’地区社会经济发展的不断优化。”

| Abstract: | Regional sustainable development is that a region, without the limitation of the administrative divisions, sustains a harmonious, efficient, optimized and orderly development for a relatively long period of time in economy, society and population, resources, ecological environment. In order to realize "Taking the Lead in Establishing a Well-off Society in an All-round Way and Realizing Modernization Basically", Jiangsu Province must aim at quickening the development along the coast and the Yangtze River, and fix its target at realizing the constant social and economic optimization in the delta of the Yangtze River. |
