| 摘 要： | 企业产生较高的逆向物流成本是由多方面因素决定的,企业逆向物流战略的实施越来越受到企业管理者的重视。从逆向物流本身的特点看,企业实施逆向物流管理具有一定的难度,但可通过有效规划和采取相应策略控制企业逆向物流成本,使逆向物流成为企业新的利润增长点。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,reverse logistics management gets more and more valued by enterprises.This paper analyzes the concept of reverse logistics and constructs the conceptual model of the reverse logistics system.The relevant complex factors resulting in high reverse logistics cost make it difficult control the costs.Some strategies are presented in order to make managers conduct the systemic understanding in implementing reverse logistics. |
