东北三省高等职业教育的现状与发展

振兴东北老工业基地,特别是大中型国有企业向新工业化道路迈进的过程中,东北三省人力资源出现了结构性失调和能力性欠缺的问题.作为高等教育的有力补充,高等职业教育呈现出低谷状态.本文介绍了东三省职业教育的现状,并提出改革高等职业教育以支持老工业基地振兴的具体对策:以市场为导向,实现高等职业院校的可持续发展;强化技能训练,探索新型的教学方法;探索新的教学方法,搞好产、学、研相结合.

The Status and Development of Higher Vocational Education in Three Northeastern Provinces

Revitalizing old industrial bases in northeast China,in particular the large and medium-size enterprises to the new path of industrialization process,the structural imbalances and the lack of capacity emerge in the area of human resources in three northeastern provinces.As a powerful complement of higher education,higher vocational education has low status.This article introduced the status of vocational education in northeast China and the reform of higher vocational education to revitalize the old industrial bases.To be market-oriented,higher vocational institutions would achieve sustainable development.Enhanced skills training and explored new teaching methods.Exploring new teaching methods,production,study and research would be combined.
