Equalization of Rural and Urban Basic Public Health Services:Experience Reference and Following Measures

It is the inevitable requirement to construct service-oriented government to promote basic public health service equally,and is the inevitable choice to sustain social justice and equality,ensure social stability and sound development.Japan has established a management mechanism and policy system of public sanitation according with its own national conditions,which could give us some inspiration in the equalization of public health service.To realize that,we should establish the mechanism which could make state-owned and private health-care institutions cooperate in the supply of basic health service;improve system guarantee,to ensure fiscal input in it to keep stable in long-time;accelerate to strength human resource in public health service and establish information system both in rural and urban areas.
