| 摘 要： | 社会保障作为社会化大生产发展的产物，对促进人类社会经济的发展，维护社会的稳定起着重要的作用。在当前市场经济条件下，社会保障作用更为突出，因此，进一步分析和明确社会保障法的价值及功能对当今中国完善社会保障立法有着极其重要的意义。
