| 摘 要： | 供应链的合作模式给企业带来规模经济效益,同时,也给企业带来了合作风险。笔者就供应链风险,以及供应链风险管理过程进行了分析论述。认为对供应链风险有效的管理,有利于提高企业在市场上的竞争能力,有利于提高供应链整体效益。

| Abstract: | Supply chain brings companies economies of scale, in the same time, it also causes some risks. This paper mainly discusses risk and risk management process, the presented process facilitate understanding and managing of uncertainties and risks in supply chain. When risks in supply chain have been efficiently managed, it will build up the competition ability in the market and maximize the whole efficiencies in supply chain. |
