人力资源管理专业体验式教学模式的探索与实践

摘    要:体验式教学因其具有互动性、体验性等优势在许多课程教学中被广泛应用。文章分析了体验式教学模式的涵义和优点,阐述了目前人力资源管理专业教学中存在的问题,着重探讨了如何将体验式教学模式应用于人力资源管理专业课程的教学中以改善人力资源管理专业课程的教学效果,提出在教学内容、教学方法、教学环境和教学管理四个方面进行改进和创新。

Abstract:Because of its advantages of being interactive and experiential,experiencing teaching has been widely applied in the teaching of many courses.This paper analyzes the connotation and advantages of this teaching model,elaborates the existed problems in the teaching of human resources management,especially discusses how to apply experiencing teaching model to improve the teaching effect of this specialty.Furthermore,it puts forward the idea of improving and innovating the course from teaching content,teaching method,teaching environment and teaching management.
