| 摘 要： | 高职高专院校的师资在人才培养中肩负着教育引导的重要作用。因此建立一支高素质的"双师型"教师队伍是高职高专人才培养的关键。本文从理解"双师型"教师队伍的内涵出发,借鉴国外教师培养模式,提出对我国高职高专院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的几点建议。

| Abstract: | Teachers play a role of education leads in talent training in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,establishing a ’"double-qualified" teachers’ team with high quality is the key to talent training in higher vocational colleges.Starting from the comprehension of the connotation of a ’"double-qualified" teachers’ team,referring to the teacher training model abroad,this paper puts forward suggestions on the construction of a ’"double-qualified" teachers’ team in higher vocational colleges. |
