| Abstract: | The new rural area's construction in the western minority's area is of great significance to the full realization of a well-off society.In accordance with the requirements of the theory of scientific development,we should overcome the difficulties of the social and material living conditions and social consciousness,innovate the systems,construct the public facilities,train the farmers,develop local or minority's economy,richen minority's life,gradually promote the new rural area's construction. |
