This report focuses on twenty-eight manufacturing departments of Hebei.It measures their market shares,coefficient of competitive advantages and the structures of additional amount,then puts the above departments in a four-dimension coordinates comprising of market advantage,competitive advantage,scale advantage and time sequence to understand their orientation and trend thoroughly.As a conclusion,the authors put forward some suggestions about how to strengthen the manufacturing industrial competitiveness of He Bei Province.
