沈阳市现代物流产业发展对策初探

本文认为,沈阳经济正处于大发展、大振兴的关键时期,开掘物流“深水良港”,发展物流产业成为当务之急。应按照“政府引导,科学规划,企业运作”的模式,明确物流产业发展定位,制定高水平的发展规划和扶持政策,扩大融资渠道,吸引社会资金、民营企业及外资参与物流基地、物流园区和第三方物流企业的改造和建设,改善物流基础设施;加快招商引资步伐,引进世界一流的物流企业集团,引导自己有实力的物流企业走出国门,扩大国际物流合作;应用现代信息技术,加速改造传统储运方式;加强物流管理研究,加速物流专业人才培养。

Necessary Measures for Developing Modern Logistics Industry in Shenyang City

This paper proves the necessity of the development of modern logistics industry in Shenyang.Then the author gives suggestions for promoting the development of the industry .including positioning the development of the industry clearly; attracting foreign fund to the construction of logistics foundation ;bettering the logistics infrastructure;etc.
