| 摘 要： | 县域范围内的城镇化是国家城镇化的重要组成部分,城镇化过程中的产业发展、城镇规划、基础设施建设与公共服务、城镇管理与信息传播等方面都需要科技进步的支持。但是,在城镇建设与管理上还存在着诸多问题。在城镇发展过程中,必须坚持促进发展规划科学化、城镇建设科学化与城镇管理科学化的方向。
