金融政策组合对企业技术创新影响的量化评价

摘    要:
提出金融政策组合对企业技术创新的作用机理图,结合相关文献建立PMC指数模型,最后基于7项具体政策组合,通过计算PMC指数绘制出PMC曲面图,以更加直观地展现出政策评价结果。研究表明:在选取的7项政策组合中,6项为优秀级,1项为可接受级,而对于可接受级的政策,不论从PMC指数结果还是PMC曲面图都非常容易找到政策组合评分较低的原因。由此,对政策的改进提供一定的方法和思路。

Abstract:
First, this article put forward the figure of financial policy combination towards enterprise technology innovation mechanism. Second, this article established a PMC-Index model. Finally, this article realized the quantitative evaluation towards the seven policy combinations to technology innovation based on text mining method and their PMC-Index and eventually drew the PMC surface figure, which made the policy evaluation results could be displayed more intuitively. In the seven policy combinations, six of them were good level and one of them is acceptable. To this acceptable one, it's easy to find the reason both through the PMC-Index and the PMC surface figure, which can provide the train of thought and method for policy improvement.
