国际创业导向与国际经营绩效关系实证研究:环境的调节作用

探讨了国际创业导向的3个维度即开拓、创新、冒险如何作用于企业国际经营绩效,指出国际创业导向对国际经营绩效的影响呈倒U型,同时,其作用关系受到国外市场环境稳定性与环境敌意性的影响。通过对219个中国国际化企业的实证检验,验证了国际创业导向确实能够提高国际经营绩效,但随着国际创业导向的不断强化,其达到某一点后开始减弱企业绩效;环境稳定性会加强倒U型关系,国外市场敌意性会削弱倒U型关系。

The Empirical Research on the Relationship between International Entrepreneurial Orientation and Business Performance: the Moderating Effect of Environment

The paper devotes on investigating the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and international performance. It proposes that the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and international performance is inverted U shape. Meanwhile, this relationship is moderated by environment stability and environmental hostility. Based upon a sample of 219 Chinese international firms, findings support that although international entrepreneurial orientation are beneficial, they can weaken a firm's international performance in foreign markets, after a certain point. Environment stability strengthens the inverted U shape and environment hostility weakens the inverted U shape.
