闲暇视角的大城市流动人口生活质量研究

通过对闵行区的流动人口闲暇调查,发现流动人口具有闲暇时间短、闲暇活动单一、闲暇空间以住户内为主的特点。流动人口闲暇三个特点主要是由于流动人口低收入水平造成的。同时流动人口的受教育程度、职业、性别等差异也影响了他们的闲暇活动的时间、内容和空间。在此基础上,提出加强劳动执法监管力度,稳步推进"加班"双倍工资制;以社区为单位,积极引导流动人口参与健康向上的闲暇活动;加大流动人口聚住区的公共服务设施投入,为流动人口闲暇活动提供硬件条件;加强对流动人口聚住区的自发休闲活动场所的监管和扶持,促进社会和谐等公共政策措施来提高流动人口的生活质量,促进社会和谐。

A Researh on Floating Population's Life Quality in the View of Leisure in Metropolis
