| 摘 要： | 针对YB95条外透明纸包装机传动联轴器损坏后维修更换的工作量大、耗时长问题,文章描述了设计一个可拆分的快换装置安装在传动联轴器与传动轴2之间,并把快换装置中的左法兰与联轴器、传动轴1制作成一个组件,这样在改变原来的连接方式的同时可以快速更换传动联轴器,有效解决了联轴器维修更换困难的问题,提高了维修效率,消除了反复拆装对设备机件及运行精度造成的影响。

| Abstract: | According to the YB95 outer paper packaging machine drive coupling damage repair replacement of the heavy workload,time-consuming problem.The paper describe design of a detachable quick change device mounted on the drive-shaft coupling and 2 shaft,and the quick change device of Zuo Falan and the coupling,1 drive-shaft made of a component,this in changing the original connection modes at the same time can be quickly replaced transmission coupling,effectively solve the coupling repair replacement difficult problem,improve the repair efficiency,eliminate the repeated disassembly and assembly of mechanical equipment and running accuracy of impact. |
