| 摘 要： | 对外直接投资理论观点大体上可分为两类：一是传统主流理论观点；二是其他（合新进的）理论观点，其中关于战略资产获取型对外直接投资和跨国战略联盟的理论观点尤为引人瞩目。对各种对外直接投资理论观点的价值和局限性进行归纳研究，有助于探讨和提出我国对外直接投资的行业和区位选择的总体思路。

| Abstract: | The theoretical point of view of OFDI can be largely divided into two categories:firstly,the theoretical prespectives of traditional mainstream;Secondly,others(including recent) theoretical prespectives, the theoretical perspectives of strategic assets to obtain OFDI and multination strategic alliances are particularly attracting people’s attention.Summarized research about the value and limitations of various theoretical view point of the foreign direct investment can help to explore and raise the genercal idea of China’s OFDI in both industry and focal area. |
