| 摘 要： | 国际上已经开始了第四方物流的实践 ,而我国目前仍处于第三物流的发展初期。据此 ,在明确第三方物流与第四方物流之间关系的基础上 ,提出我国第四方物流的发展模式 ,其供应链解决方案的执行、实施、变革和再造四个层面 ,并对其发展前景作了简要评述。
