| 摘 要： | WTO的争端解决机制被公认为WTO皇冠上的明珠。然而,在实践运作过程中,DSM显露出其本身无法克服的缺陷,迫切需要完善。文章通过对世界贸易组织争端解决机制运作程序分析,指出其不足之处,并提出相应的改善建议。

| Abstract: | The WTO dispute settlement mechanism is recognized as the pearl on the imperial crown of WTO. However, in the course of its practicing operation, DSM exposes its defect that can't be overcome by itself, and it need urgently to be perfected. This text, through analyzing the operation procedure of the DSM, points out its weak point, and puts forward the suggestion of corresponding perfection. |
