摘    要:上海地处长江三角洲前缘,是典型的冲积平原,地表以下70 m区间普遍为第四纪软弱黏性土沉积.而在这一深度范围,城市地下空间规划建设又相对集中,工程建设施工容易引发地质灾害,从而开展地质灾害危险性评价非常必要.结合上海城区某电力隧道和管线工程项目特点,分析拟建工程和地质环境的相互作用和相互影响,对拟建工程范围地质灾害危险性进行评估,分析工程建设可能引发的边坡失稳、地基变形、水土突涌、地面沉降、砂土液化等地质灾害问题,并进行危险性评价分析,提出地质灾害防灾减灾措施,以减少、避免本建设项目和地质环境之间的相互影响,保护人民生命和财产安全,保护城市生态地质环境,为类似工程提供参考和建议.

Abstract:Shanghai is located in the front of the Yangtze River Delta. It is a typical alluvial plain. The area 70m below the surface is generally deposited by Quaternary soft cohesive soil. In this depth range, the planning and construction of urban underground space is relatively concentrated, and the engineering construction is easy to cause geological disasters, so it is very necessary to carry out geological disaster risk assessment. Combined with the characteristics of a power tunnel and pipeline project in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the interaction and interaction between the proposed project and the geological environment, evaluates the risk of geological disasters within the scope of the proposed project, and analyzes the geological disasters that may be caused by the project construction, such as slope instability, foundation deformation, water and soil inrush, land settlement, sand liquefaction and so on, The risk assessment and analysis are carried out, and the geological disaster prevention and reduction measures are put forward to reduce and avoid the interaction between the construction project and the geological environment, protect people''s life and property safety, protect the urban ecological geological environment, and provide reference and suggestions in a way for similar projects.
