| Abstract: | In order to implement the instructional views from National Development and Reform Commission to deeply promote the construction of the coal transaction market system and to reconstruct, promote and improve the coal transaction market system, a proper explanation was made on a consideration of contained strategy. An analysis was conducted on the existed environment and problems. A construction general plan was proposed on the construction of China coal transaction market system. |
