| 摘 要： | 阐述了燃煤电厂大气污染物限排政策及执行情况,分析燃煤电厂脱硫、脱硝及除尘技术改造对河南省内煤炭需求变化及销售的影响,针对河南省内煤炭资源分布及煤质状况,提出煤炭企业要加快产品结构调整步伐,推进洁净煤技术革新,增强煤炭企业产品竞争力。

| Abstract: | The paper stated a limited emission policy and implementation condition of air pollutants from the coal-fired power generation plant and analyzed the desulfurization, DeNOx and dust removal technology reconstitution affected to the coal demands variation and sales within Henan Province. According to the coal resources distribution and coal quality conditions within Henan Province, the paper proposed that the coal eEnterprise should speed up the steps to adjust the products structure, to promote the renovation of the clean coal technology and to enhance the products competitiveness of the coal enterprise. |
